We ship fast! We try our best to ship within one business day of receiving your orders.
We use USPS and UPS depending on the order value and your items should arrive within 3-7 days of us sending them to you. This allows us to offer you most economical shipping charges and enables tracking of packages. In addition, we ship FREE for orders over US $99*.
Our Return Policy
Returns and Exchanges
ScarfPro provides an amazing selection of quality scarves and accessories, an easy shopping experience, expedited shipping and exceptional customer service. If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!
We offer free returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following important points in our return and exchange policy: (1) Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. (2) Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging. (3) Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
(1) Login to our online store using your email address and password.
(2) Go to your orders page and choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order. Follow the prompts on the page to complete the return or exchange steps.
(3) Ship the relevant items back to us in original packaging.
As soon as we receive the returned product and we inspect it to meet the acceptable conditions of returns or exchanges, we then process your return or exchange. You will receive your refund or store credit; or the exchange product is shipped to you.
We are unable to offer you a refund if a returned item is lost on the way or reaches us in a damaged condition.
